5K Run Online Registration

DISCLAIMER

I acknowledge that participating in HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run is a potentially hazardous activity, and I should not participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: traffic along the course, falls, contact with other participants, and hazards related to the course conditions (such as curbs, vehicles, uneven pavement, potholes, rocks, or other obstacles).

 In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, representatives, and anyone else claiming through me, covenant not to sue and hereby waive, release, and discharge the Chicago Park District, HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit LLC, its employees, volunteers, sponsors, and any individuals or organizations acting on behalf of HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind arising from or related to my participation in this event. This Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability extends to all such claims, whether known or unknown.

 I also consent to receive emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the event. Furthermore, I grant full permission to HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit LLC to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media of me taken during the event for any lawful purpose.

 By providing my electronic signature, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this waiver and release.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Fee includes attendance to HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run on the morning of June 2, 2026. IMPORTANT: In order to attend the 5K Networking Run, Summit registration is required. No delegate will be allowed to sign-up only for the 5K Run.
• Spouses of registered delegates are welcome to only sign-up to the 5K Run. A delegate’s spouse enrollment in the 5K Run is limited to the 5K Run, it does not give access to HARBOR’s 18th Aluminum Summit (general session or other networking opportunities).
• Cancellations for HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run must be received in writing on or before Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, to qualify for a full refund less a $30 USD administrative charge, no refunds will be made after this date.
