HARBOR’s TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BY REGISTERING TO HARBOR’S THE ALUMINUM SUMMIT (JUNE 2-5, 2025 | CHICAGO, IL, USA), THE PERSON WHOSE NAME APPEARS IN THE REGISTRATION FORM AND ALL OTHER REGISTERED DELEGATES AS SET FORTH IN “DELEGATE PROFILE” AND/OR PART “OTHER DELEGATES” OF THIS FORM, ACKNOWLEDGE TO HAVE READ, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED HEREIN.
REGISTRATION FEES:
Access to the Summit’s proceedings, Executive Training Program (Level 1 or Level 2), the Golf Classic, the Special Session (Expand Your Toolbox), HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run, and/or invitation-only networking dinners will be granted to delegates who have signed-up, paid due fees, and who have received prior confirmation of registration. If registration is not confirmed by the start of the Summit (by June 2, 2025), delegate will be asked to provide proof of payment or a credit card guarantee to be allowed entry. Upon arrival, delegate will be provided a personal Summit name badge and/or another Summit security credential to identify the delegate as a registered participant. The name badge and said credential is non-transferable and must be worn on-site at ALL TIMES. HARBOR security personnel will ask delegates for their name badge and Summit security credential before entering any of the Summit’s networking areas, breakout/refreshment areas, and conference/meetings rooms. Organizer reserves the right to reject registration, refuse admittance to, or expel anyone from the Summit for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the entrant’s failure to register for the Summit, misuse of the Summit name badge or security credentials, or disruptive or dangerous behavior. Entrant agrees that in such event, HARBOR reserves the right to refuse a refund of any portion of the registration fees paid, but in no event shall HARBOR be liable for the entrant’s travel, lodging or incidental expenses.
A. Summit Registration Fee: Fee includes a delegate pack, attendance to the Summit’s welcome reception on June 3, 2025; the sessions to be held on June 4 and June 5, 2025; refreshment breaks on June 4 and June 5, 2025; breakfast on June 4 and June 5, 2025; and lunch on June 4, 2025.
B. Executive Training Program Fee (Level 1 or Level 2): Fee includes a delegate pack, attendance to the Executive Training Program the delegate chose in registration (Level 1 or Level 2), and one refreshment break on June 3, 2025. IMPORTANT: In order to attend the Executive Training, Summit registration is required. No delegate will be allowed to sign-up only to the Executive Training Program. Delegate can only choose to attend one of the levels of the Training, for each level takes place simultaneously. Note: the Executive Training and the Golf Classic overlap, delegate can only choose to attend one or the other program.
C. Special Session: Expand Your Toolbox. The special session on “How to Profit from HARBOR’s Industry Data and Market Intel Reports” is a limited-seat, complimentary program; no registration fee applies. IMPORTANT: In order to attend this session, Summit registration is required as well as prior sign-up to the special session. A registered delegate to the Summit, who did not choose the special session option during the registration process, can sign-up at any time prior to the Summit while seats last.
D. Golf Classic Fee: Fee includes attendance to HARBOR’s 11th Golf Classic on the morning of June 3, 2025; transportation to and from the golf course and the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel Chicago, and food & beverages. Fee does NOT include equipment rental (clubs and/or golf balls), if equipment is needed additional fees apply. IMPORTANT: In order to attend the Golf Classic, Summit registration is required. No delegate will be allowed to sign-up only to the Golf Classic. Note: the Golf Classic, HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run, the Executive Training Program and the Special Session (Expand Your Toolbox) overlap.
E. HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run: Fee includes attendance to HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run on the morning of June 3, 2025. IMPORTANT: In order to attend the 5K Networking Run, Summit registration is required. No delegate will be allowed to sign-up only to the 5K Run. Spouses of registered delegates are welcome to only sign-up to the 5K Run. A delegate’s spouse enrollment in the 5K Run is limited to the 5K Run, it does not give access to HARBOR’s 17th Aluminum Summit (general session or other networking opportunities). Note: the 5K Networking Run and the Golf Classic overlap, delegate can only choose to attend one or the other program.
F. Networking Evening Dinners: Organizer will extend an exclusive invitation to private networking dinners taking place during the Summit. These events are invitation-only. Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to delegates not on the guest list.
ACCOMMODATION:
The Summit fee does NOT include hotel accommodation. To inquire about hotel accommodation, please contact Anne Barailler at anne.barailler@askharbor.com.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If you are not able to attend the Summit, the Executive Training Program, the Golf Classic, HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run or the Special Session (Expand Your Toolbox), registration can be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the Summit. Cancellations to any of the networking evening dinners are NOT transferable. Cancellations, including attendance to the Summit, Executive Training Program, HARBOR’s 5K Networking Run and HARBOR’S 11th Golf Classic must be received in writing on or before Tuesday, December 31st 2024, to qualify for a full refund minus an administrative charge of: $280 USD for the Summit, $110 USD for Executive Training Level 1, $150 USD for Executive Training Level 2, $30 USD for the 5K Networking Run or $45 USD for the Golf Classic, whichever apply. No refunds will be made after this date. In the unlikely event the Summit gets cancelled for force majeure reasons, HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC agrees to give delegates advance notice and honor registration fee(s) in the form of a credit (no cash reimbursement) for a future Summit event. Neither HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC nor its employees accept any responsibility for travel accommodation cost or consequential losses incurred by a prospective delegate as a result of such cancellation. We therefore recommend that prospective delegates arrange appropriate travel insurance coverage.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Organizer shall not be liable for delays, including cancellation, affecting the production or delivery of the Event which are the result of an Act of God, action by any government or quasi-government entity, fire, flood, insurrection, terrorism or terrorist act, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, disease or virus outbreaks (including but not limited to COVID-19 or variants), or any other condition beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
DISCLAIMER & CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE SUMMIT’S CONTENT:
While every effort is made to ensure the speakers, presentations, topics, etc., that are announced in advance materialized, neither HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC nor its employees assume or accept any liability or responsibility in cases where they fail to materialize. HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC reserves the right to alter the Summit’s agenda, presenters, and/or content without prior notice. All Summit proceedings, materials, content (including, but not limited to, the Summit’s speaker presentations and the Executive Training presentations, soft and hard copy), and the delegate list are confidential, proprietary, in some cases trademarked and/or copyrighted, and constitute trade secret(s) material of HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC, and their use is for authorized registered attendees only. No portion of any of the Summit’s proceedings, materials and content may be photocopied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed or otherwise redistributed electronically, in print or verbally without prior written authorization from HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC.
DISCLAIMER FOR PUBLICITY:
A. Photographs and/or video – HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC reserves the right to use any photographs/videos taken during the course of the Summit (June 2-5, 2025) without the expressed written permission of those included within the photographs/videos. HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC may use the photographs/videos in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC including but not limited to: print and/or digital brochures, websites, email campaigns and/or any known or yet to be known digital and/or print media. Any person desiring not to have their photo distributed must contact Patricia Martinez at patricia.martinez@askharbor.com. in writing with his/her intentions, and include a photograph. HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. B. Client lists – HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC reserves the right to use the Client’s company name in customer lists or company attendee sample lists.
DISCLAIMER FOR LIABILITY:
The registered delegate(s) acknowledge and agrees that HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, shall not be responsible or liable for any injury to any person or persons or for loss or damage to the delegate’s property or any person or persons while in transit to or from or while in the Summit. Delegate(s) shall maintain all necessary or desirable insurances with respect to its participation in the Summit.
DISCLAIMER FOR LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION:
Delegate(s) indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless HARBOR Aluminum Intelligence Unit, LLC, its agents, members, officers, directors and employees against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any or all damages to property or personal injury caused by the Delegate(s), his/her agents and representatives. Delegate(s) assume complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of the property used by the delegate(s) or brought into the conference facility on its behalf. Delegate(s) also assume full responsibility for all injury to any and all persons or property that is in any way connected with the delegate(s), including equipment, his/her agents or representatives. Delegate(s) is responsible for the safety of property, against robbery, burglary, theft or damage by fire or any other cause.
